Current Development Projects

Titletown District

The Titletown District, as developed by the Green Bay Packers, located between Lambeau Field and Interstate 41 includes a full-size football field, playground, the Ariens snow tubing hill, ice skating trail, banquet facilities at Rockwood Lodge, refreshments at 46 Below Bistro, and other activities for the entire family on and off game days.  Businesses in Titletown include Hinterland Brewery and Restaurant, Lodge Kohler Hotel, and Bellin Health Titletown Medicine and Orthopedics.  Additional phases of development will include Microsoft Titletown Tech Labs and Titletown Tech Business Accelerator, retail destinations, entertainment venues, housing options, and offices.

Manseau Flats

Manseau Flats: A partnership of Bedford Development and the Kendal Group will continue to expand the variety of housing options within the Village by developing a six-story 78-unit high-end apartment building on Marina Circle, with beautiful Fox River views.

Slinde Development Apartments

The initial phase of the Slinde Development Apartments, located on William Charles Court and Marvelle Lane, will include two modern high-end, five-story buildings with 67 units each.  Both buildings will have a rooftop community room and outdoor viewing deck and include a mixture of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with both outdoor and indoor parking.  Each unit will have an exterior balcony, patio, or walk-up entrance.  Additional phases will include buildings 3-5 with an additional 67-78 units each.  Work on the two buildings within Phase I will begin in Spring 2018.

United Development Apartments

The United Development Apartments, located on the southwest corner of Holmgren Way and Morris Avenue, at full build-out will include four modern 4-5-story buildings with 50 units each.  Each unit will consist of one or two bedrooms and the overall site plan includes an outdoor terrace, amenity room, clubhouse/volleyball area, rain garden with walking trail, and potential retail space in future phases.  Each unit will also have an exterior balcony, patio, or walk-up entrance.  Work on the first building will commence in late Fall/Winter 2017.
