The goal of Ashwaubenon’s Urban Forestry program is to provide a safe urban forest while striving to preserve the natural beauty and benefits that trees provide our residents and visitors. The Village of Ashwaubenon recognizes that trees not only beautify and lend value to our homes, neighborhoods, parks, and businesses, but also conserve energy, help clean the air, and provide habitat for wildlife. Our Urban Forestry program is responsible for the design, planning, planting, and management of street trees, landscapes, greenspaces and beautification projects within the Village. This effort seeks to maximize the environmental and psychological benefits of the urban forest, while enhancing property values and quality of life for our residents.
